Echo Collective
Echo Collective was founded in 2012 and plays a leading role in the 'Modern Classical' movement. Its members trained at the Brussels Conservatoire, use their expertise to approach the music of today. On record, the ensemble has boldly reinterpreted albums by Radiohead and Erasure, and developed its own creations on The See Within. This concert features excerpts from two other emblematic albums: Mirror Image (2024), with its hypnotic soundscapes and 12 Conversations (Deutsche Grammophon, 2019) a tribute to the late Jóhann Jóhannsson: a melancholic suite inspired by the German abstract painter Thilo Heinzmann.
