Discography

From the 1970s onwards, the OPRL developed a very rich discography, eclectic in style and period, with a strong emphasis on Belgian composers (Franck, Lekeu, Ysaÿe, Vieuxtemps, Boesmans, Mernier, etc.).

Its multi-award-winning recordings have been produced for the biggest international labels (EMI, Deutsche Gramophone, BIS, Alpha, Palazzetto Bru Zane, Accord/Universal, BMG-RCA, etc.) and Belgian labels (Ricercar, Cypres, Fuga Libera, Musique en Wallonie). Today, the OPRL records between four and five albums a year at the Salle Philharmonique, a recording space well-known for its quality by the major record labels.
