Confidentiality and privacy policy

The Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Liège (OPRL) is particularly attentive with respect to data confidentiality and your privacy. All personal data collected by the OPRL is processed with due care and in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This data is not passed on to third parties, with the exception of specific actions carried out with our partners for which explicit consent has been requested from the recipients.

Your right of access, retraction and modification.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, modify and delete any personal data collected.

By means of a written, dated and signed request sent to the OPRL, you may, after proving your identity (copy of identity card), obtain, free of charge, written communication regarding your personal data and, where appropriate, modification of any data that is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. A copy of your data will be sent to you no later than 30 days after receipt of your request.

You can also consult, correct or delete the data collected by our ticketing partners UTick (www.utick.be).

 

Data retention period. 

Unless otherwise stated on our forms, personal data collected and explicitly agreed by the user will be kept in our databases for a maximum of 10 years. When purchasing concert tickets or season tickets, the user is asked to give explicit consent to the processing of his or her personal data, which serves as a renewal of consent to the processing of personal data;
