World music at the Salle Philharmonique de Liège is a rare opportunity to discover artists from elsewhere, their instruments, traditions and musical languages. In partnership with Jeunesses Musicales, the OPRL is delighted to welcome artists to its stage who will take you on a journey. This season, experience the roots of American folk; visit Puglia with its cathartic songs and dances; delve into the animist vocal art of the Sámi people on the Arctic frontier; and warm your body and heart in the sunshine of Greece and its national rebetiko.
