A veritable magician on the oud, acclaimed for the purity and delicacy of his playing, Driss El Maloumi has mastered traditional Berber music to perfection, but also delights on encounters with artists from other worlds, such as Jordi Savall and Ballaké Sissoko. Accompanied by two percussionists and the voice of his sister Karima, he invites us on a fragrant journey across the thousand paths travelled from his home in Agadir, crossing Arab, Amazigh, Western and sub-Saharan cultures.
